Our Purpose
MTL Cannabis Corp. (CSE: MTLC) is a fully integrated licensed cultivator and processor headquartered in Canada and listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”).
Founded in 2018 by brothers Richard and Michel Clement, MTL Cannabis has transformed into one of Canada’s leading cannabis companies. Today, we serve recreational consumers, medical patients, and international markets with a focus on premium quality and consistent genetics.

Canadian Medical Platform
Through Abba Medix and Canada House Clinics, both founded by Canadian military
veterans, we provide best-in-class medical cannabis products and services to veterans
and civilians across the country. With deep ties to Canada’s veteran community, we
remain committed to serving those who have served us.
International
MTL Cannabis Corp. has established export channels to federally approved medical cannabis markets, including Germany and Australia. Leveraging award-winning genetics and consistent production standards recognized in Canada, we are expanding
our global footprint in the rapidly growing international medical cannabis sector.
OPERATIONS
MTL Cannabis Corp. operates four Canadian facilities in Quebec and Ontario, alongside a national network of 13 Canada House Clinic locations across seven provinces.
With over 19,500 kg of annual premium indoor flower production capacity and a centralized processing hub for post-harvest, fulfillment, and distribution activities, we are well-positioned to meet current demand and scale with future market growth.
